No middlemen, no hidden fees, no chasing invoices. Escrow-protected payments, fair terms, and a community built for Pakistani talent.

25 August 2026. The web platform and mobile apps go live the same day. Waitlist members get access first.

No. The waitlist only needs your name, email, phone, city, category and a portfolio link. Bank details and any verification happen after launch, when you start taking work.

Phased in later: Developers, HR, accounting and other professional services.

Anyone with creative skill and work to show. There is no minimum experience requirement. Your portfolio speaks for you.

No. A single portfolio link is enough for now. You can build out your full profile after launch. We recommend at least 3 strong samples before you start pitching.

You control your pricing entirely. Four models are supported:

Because the money is held in escrow before you start, you never work unpaid.

You still get paid. If a client neither approves nor raises an issue, the payment auto-releases to you 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Silence is not a way to hold your money.

My Documents is your personal locker under My Proposals. Upload a resume, PDF, or cover letter from your computer once (Word, PDF, RTF, or text, up to 5 MB each), then attach those saved files when you send a proposal. The client opens Sanjh links to your files — you do not re-upload for every brief.

Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive pickers are coming later. Your public talent-page portfolio is separate from this locker.

Yes. Sanjh never restricts who you work with. Any exclusivity is strictly between you and a client, agreed in your own project terms.

Yes, but work arranged off-platform is not covered by escrow protection or our dispute process. Keep the money and the messages on Sanjh and you are protected.

Funds stay safely in escrow until the dispute is closed. Raising a dispute pauses the auto-release clock.

Strikes are only issued where a rule violation is proven after review.

Serious violations such as fraud, harassment or stolen work can result in immediate removal without three strikes.

Yes. Email support@sanjh.net with your account details and your side of the story. Sanjh leadership reviews appeals within 7 days.

Reviews stay on your profile. That is what makes the marketplace trustworthy. You can publicly respond to any review. Consistent low ratings will reduce your visibility in search.

Yes. Set your availability to Not available at any time. Your profile stays live but you will not appear in active searches.

Email support@sanjh.net. Completed project records are archived for accounting and dispute history, but your public profile is removed.

Browsing, posting jobs and hiring are free for businesses. Sanjh's 10% commission comes out of the creator's fee, not on top of your budget.

You pay 100% upfront into Sanjh escrow when you book. The creator is not paid until the work is delivered and approved. Once you approve, funds release within 24 to 48 hours.

Please review promptly. If you neither approve nor raise an issue, payment auto-releases to the creator 24 to 48 hours after delivery. If something is wrong with the work, raise it within that window. This pauses the release and opens the dispute process.

Yes. Hire a photographer, editor and designer for the same campaign, each with their own agreement and escrow.

Yes. When you post a job you set a budget range, so only creators who work within it apply.

At launch you get in-platform messaging, file sharing, milestone approval and escrow tracking. Deeper project management tooling ships after launch.

Once you approve delivered work you can leave a 1 to 5 star rating with written feedback. Reviews are public and permanent.

Creators must be based in Pakistan. Businesses can hire from anywhere in the world. That is the point: Pakistani talent, global clients.

A flat 10% on completed projects, charged to the creator. Nothing else. No listing fees, no subscription, no withdrawal fee.

Yes. iOS and Android apps go live on 25 August 2026, alongside the web platform.

Payments release 24 to 48 hours after approval, or 24 to 48 hours after delivery if the client stays silent. If it has been longer, check your payout method in Settings, then email support@sanjh.net with the project ID.

No action needed. The payment auto-releases 24 to 48 hours after delivery. If it does not, contact support with the project ID.

Use Report on their profile or in the chat, with details and screenshots. We investigate within 48 hours.
