About

Pakistan has the talent. It has never had the infrastructure.

Ask any Pakistani creative why the work dried up and you will hear the same three answers. The client went quiet after delivery. The payment was promised for last month. The next job depended entirely on someone remembering your name.

None of that is a talent problem. Pakistani photographers, editors, designers, writers and marketers are already producing work that competes anywhere in the world. What has been missing is the boring infrastructure that lets good work turn reliably into paid work: a way to be found, terms that hold, and money that actually arrives.

That is what we are building.

How Sanjh works

A business finds a creator, agrees a brief, and pays the full fee into escrow before anything starts. The creator can see the money is secured, so they begin work knowing they will be paid. On approval, funds release within 24 to 48 hours. If the client goes quiet, the payment releases anyway.

Creators set their own rates, choose their own clients, and keep 90% of every project. We take 10%, and nothing else. No listing fees, no subscription, no charge to withdraw your own money.

Who Sanjh is for

Photographers, videographers and editors. Models and actors. Influencers and content creators. Designers, illustrators, animators and writers. Performance marketers, social media managers, SEO and email specialists. Developers, HR and accounting professionals will follow in later phases.

On the other side: brands, agencies, startups and businesses in Pakistan and abroad who want to hire Pakistani talent directly, without an agency markup in the middle.

What we are not

We are not a race to the bottom. Sanjh is curated, not a bidding pit, and we are not interested in a marketplace where the cheapest quote wins. Pakistani creative work has been undervalued for long enough. The point is to raise the floor, not lower it.

Made in Pakistan means more than a label

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and everywhere in between. Work gets built here, paid for properly here, and seen everywhere.

Sanjh launches 25 August 2026.
